Citizen's day - all-day-opening of public offices

The project was launched in 1998, as part of the Territorial timetable Plan of the city of Cremona (TTP).
The Citizen's day is the result of an agreement signed by the various Municipal agencies and offices, public administrations and bodies of public interest. Thanks to this agreement they provide an all-day-opening service from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. The project gives citizens the possibility of accessing public services.
At a later stage also private services and social private services were involved: charitable institutions, consortia etc.
